Child Seats, Booked Before You Arrive
A child seat is provided free of charge by advance request — ask at least 2 hours before pickup, subject to availability.
How to request a child seat
Add the request when you book, or call +1 647-671-7588 before the trip. Tell us the number of children, each child's age, and whether you need a child seat or a booster.
The request is confirmed with your booking, so the vehicle arrives with the seat already in place.
What it costs
Nothing extra. Child seats are provided free of charge when requested in advance, and the fare you see before confirming already includes them.
There is no separate rental charge for the seat.
Multi-seat and specialised requests
For several seats, or a specialised requirement, request at least 24 hours before pickup so the team can dispatch an appropriately configured vehicle.
Availability is confirmed before pickup. If a request cannot be met for your date, LUX24 tells you before you travel.
Restraint rules where you are travelling
Restraint requirements depend on the province and on the child's age, height and weight. In British Columbia, every child under 16 must be properly restrained.
Tell us where the trip starts and the child's details; the seat supplied is matched to the requirement for that trip.
Accessibility and other family needs
Mobility devices, service animals or boarding help can be added to the same request. LUX24 confirms what it can arrange for your date.
Service animals travel with you as required by law, and are not treated as pets.
