KEY24 INC. and the LUX24 platform
You book on the LUX24 platform, run by KEY24 INC. We arrange your trip with independent chauffeurs and fleet partners, so LUX24 does not own every vehicle shown or used for a booking. You see the trip details and service information before you confirm. Riders use the LUX24 app, published on the App Store and Google Play, and approved drivers use the LUX24 driver app to accept and manage trips.

Why LUX24 was created
Your booking tool was built by someone who took the driver’s seat before writing it. Kelies Andre founded KEY24 INC. after moving his work to Canada, and his background is software and network security.
You get the lesson he learned as a professional chauffeur. Late flights, wrong door numbers and last-minute itinerary changes taught him this: fuzzy trip details break a ride. Clear pickup, timing and expectations hold it together.
LUX24 grew from that lesson. You, your chauffeur and support should all see the same trip facts — not piece them together after something has already gone wrong.

What we check before you ride
How we review chauffeurs and vehicles
Only after review can a chauffeur or partner vehicle take your booking. We check identity, licence and the operating documents that region requires, plus registration, insurance and safety papers for the vehicle. The full explanation lives on the Safety page.

Ontario and Toronto
When you travel with LUX24 in Ontario, you travel with a registered commercial operator — CVOR 216-555-533. In Toronto, LUX24 holds a Limousine Service Company licence under Municipal Code Chapter 546. The Toronto service page explains how these apply to trips.
The vehicle you ride in is covered by the chauffeur’s or fleet partner’s own commercial insurance of at least $2 million (CAD), audited by LUX24 before activation. Partner vehicles reviewed for bookings also carry registration and safety inspection — detail on the Safety page.
