Billy Bishop (YTZ) — curbside the moment you are through
Step out of the island terminal through the pedestrian tunnel or the ferry to the mainland side at Eireann Quay. Billy Bishop allows curbside pick-up at the mainland pavilion and ferry terminal for active loading only, so your chauffeur sends the exact meeting point in the app or by SMS and brings the car to the curb when you are ready.
YTZ is convenient for the Financial District, King West, Harbourfront, Union Station, downtown hotels and the convention centre. Allow additional time when traffic builds along Bathurst Street or Lake Shore Boulevard.

Independent chauffeur, reviewed vehicle
Every trip is completed by an independent professional chauffeur. Before activation, LUX24 reviews a Criminal Record Check, the Ontario Driving Record, the driver’s licence and eligibility to work in Canada. Vehicles are reviewed for registration, safety inspection and at least $2 million in commercial automobile liability insurance — so you know who is driving you and what is carrying you.
Safety Standards Certificate
Every active vehicle is required to hold a valid Safety Standards Certificate, and we review it every six months.
Toronto and Ontario licensing
LUX24 LIMO is licensed as a Limousine Service Company by the City of Toronto under Chapter 546, and is registered for commercial operation in Ontario under CVOR 216-555-533.
Winter tires
Under Toronto’s vehicle-for-hire rules, limousine vehicles must be equipped with snow tires or all-weather tires from December 1 through April 30.
Vehicle standards
Registration and a safety inspection are required. Under LUX24’s own vehicle standard, an accepted vehicle may be no more than three model years old — so the car that arrives is not the oldest one a company still runs.
Expiry control
A chauffeur cannot remain active with an expired required document, and returns only after the replacement has been reviewed — so the standard you booked is the standard that arrives.

Choose by passenger count and luggage count together, so you can be sure the car fits — a sedan may seat three passengers but not hold three suitcases, a stroller and carry-ons. The class is guaranteed; the exact make varies within it, and we confirm your car before pickup.
Booking class names match the fare table. Electric, Van, Sprinter and Mini Bus options depend on availability, so you can confirm your class with us before booking. Travelling with children? Tell us at least one day before your pickup and you get a child or booster seat confirmed — they are not standard in every car. Travelling with a mobility aid or an accessibility need? Raise it with the booking: LUX24 coordinates accessibility requests in advance and confirms what it can arrange before the trip is accepted.

Is the price a flat rate or is it metered?
It is a flat rate. We quote the fare before you book, and rain, demand and event crowds do not increase it. The total changes only if you change the destination, route, stops, duration or another paid option.
What is the cancellation policy?
Two windows, by lead time. Advance booking (pickup usually 24 hours or more after you book): full refund of the transportation fare if you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup; within 24 hours, a charge of up to the full fare may apply. What happens if my flight is early or delayed, or waiting exceeds 60 minutes?
Add the flight number when booking. We monitor the recorded arrival and adjust timing; a flight delay does not add a charge. Pearson pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting for an airport pickup. After that, waiting is $15 for each additional 15 minutes.
Where do I meet the chauffeur at Pearson?
At Pearson, meet-and-greet is outside at Door A in Terminal 1 or Terminal 3: your chauffeur holds a sign with your name and helps with your luggage. Your chauffeur sends the vehicle photo and plate in the app or by SMS before pickup.
Do you collect passengers from Billy Bishop Airport?
Yes. Exit the island terminal by the pedestrian tunnel or the ferry to the mainland side at Eireann Quay. Billy Bishop allows curbside pick-up at the mainland pavilion for active loading only, so your chauffeur sends the exact meeting point and brings the car to the curb when you are ready. YTZ is convenient for the Financial District, King West, Harbourfront, Union Station and downtown hotels.
How does hourly chauffeur service work, and what is the minimum?
Hourly bookings start at a two-hour minimum and include 40 kilometres per booked hour. Extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at the rate shown in your booking. The same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the reserved time, including stops and waiting within the service area.
Which vehicle class should I choose?
Business Class is our executive sedan for 1–3 passengers with standard luggage. Luxury SUV adds cabin and luggage space. First Class is a premium car for VIP or formal arrivals. Vans, Sprinters and Mini Buses depend on availability. Choose by passenger count and luggage together; child seats are not standard and must be requested at least one day in advance.
Can an executive assistant book for someone else?
Yes. An assistant can arrange the trip and follow its status without asking the traveller to relay every update.
Are tolls and tips included?
No. Gratuity is optional and is not required to book. A toll route you request (for example Highway 407) is charged separately; parking required by a stop is added the same way.
Can I arrange a return after a concert or game?
Yes. For busy exits after Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, TIFF or a concert, schedule a return trip or reserve by the hour. Keep your phone available so the chauffeur can reach you in the app or by SMS.
Can I book same-day or a 4 a.m. pickup?
Yes. Scheduled pickups can be requested around the clock, including early morning, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability at that pickup time.
What happens if no chauffeur is available for my booking?
LUX24 has multiple active chauffeurs, and availability for scheduled trips is checked several hours before pickup. If no chauffeur can be secured in your requested area, we contact you — normally about 3 hours before pickup. If the trip cannot be covered, LUX24 cancels the booking no later than about 1 hour before pickup and refunds the full fare to your original payment method. The time a refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
