Your trip details identify the meeting point permitted for the booked terminal. Where airport rules allow an inside-terminal meeting, the chauffeur displays the passenger’s name at the designated meeting point.

Toronto Pearson’s official pre-arranged services guidance identifies Door A as the pickup point for Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. When you and all luggage are ready to leave, continue to the applicable Door A location shown for your trip.

Why does LUX24 ask for my flight number?
The flight number lets the team check the current arrival, terminal and delay information before the chauffeur travels to Pearson. Enter the flight carrying the passenger into YYZ—not a previous connection.
What happens if my flight lands early or late?
LUX24 checks the updated flight information and adjusts the chauffeur’s airport timing. A delayed flight does not start the waiting clock at the original scheduled time.
When do the 60 complimentary waiting minutes begin?
For a Pearson arrival, the 60 minutes begin from the flight’s recorded actual landing time. This gives the traveller time for the terminal, baggage claim and normal arrival formalities.
Where will I meet my chauffeur at Pearson?
Inside the arrivals terminal. The chauffeur holds a tablet displaying the passenger’s first and last name. When you are ready to leave, the pre-arranged pickup proceeds at Door A for Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 according to the trip instructions.
How will I recognize the chauffeur and vehicle?
Before pickup, the passenger receives the assigned chauffeur and vehicle information by email and in the LUX24 app, including the details needed to identify the correct professional and vehicle.
What should I do if I cannot find my chauffeur?
Stay inside the communicated meeting area and use the contact option in the app or the details sent before pickup. LUX24 human support is available around the clock; do not enter a vehicle whose information does not match the booking.
Will the chauffeur help with my luggage?
Yes. The chauffeur assists from the terminal meeting point to the vehicle, loads the luggage, opens the passenger door and helps unload at the destination. Add every checked bag, carry-on and oversized item before choosing a vehicle.
Is the Pearson airport transfer private?
Yes. The confirmed vehicle is reserved for the passenger or group named in the booking; it is not a shared airport shuttle.
Are tolls, Pearson fees, tips or extra waiting included?
The booking shows the fare before confirmation and does not use surge pricing. A Pearson airport fee, requested toll route, added stop, route change or extra waiting can change the amount and is shown before payment. Gratuity is optional.
