Corporate Travel

A dedicated ground transportation program for businesses — corporate accounts, priority booking and support for your team.

The programme, at a glance

Dedicated account management

A single point of contact who understands your company's travel patterns and preferences.

Invoiced after payment

An invoice is emailed after each booking is paid, with the trip records attached.

Employee travel policies

Set travel policies and spending limits for your team.

Priority dispatch

Corporate accounts get priority vehicle allocation for time-sensitive travel.

Who books corporate travel with LUX24

Any team that moves people on a schedule — and cannot afford a ride that arrives late, uninsured or unaccounted for.

Executive assistants

One contact who knows your principals, their preferences and their standing airport timings, so you are not re-explaining the same trip every week.

Visiting teams and clients

Several arrivals on the same day, met individually, with the coordinator kept informed instead of chasing five drivers.

Roadshows and deal teams

Multi-stop days across the city where the vehicle waits, the itinerary changes and nobody wants to rebook between meetings.

Conferences and hosted events

Guest shuttles and VIP movements planned around a programme, with capacity checked per vehicle rather than assumed.

How a corporate account works

The programme is set up once, then every trip runs on the same rails.

  1. 01. Set the policy

Approval rules, permitted vehicle classes and spending limits are agreed up front, so travellers book inside policy without asking each time.

  2. 02. Book on any channel

Your team books through the platform, by email or by phone. The same account, the same fare rules, whichever route they use.

  3. 03. Travel with a named chauffeur

Every trip shows the chauffeur, the vehicle and the plate before pickup, with the fare confirmed before the journey starts.

  4. 04. Reconcile once a month

An invoice is emailed after each booking is paid, with the trip records attached, so finance is not chasing receipts.

  5. 05. Escalate to a person

A dedicated contact for account questions, and 24/7 dispatch for anything happening on the road right now.

Coverage, classes and ground rules

Corporate accounts draw on the same network as every other LUX24 LIMO booking: airport transfers, city-to-city journeys and hourly assignments across Canada, with the class chosen by passenger and luggage count rather than seating alone.

  • Airport transfers at Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop, Montreal Trudeau and other Canadian airports
  • Hourly chauffeur hire when a day of meetings may move
  • City-to-city journeys on a fare confirmed before departure
  • Executive sedans through to vans and Sprinters, with up to 24 passengers per vehicle
  • Commercial insurance, documented chauffeur screening and vehicle inspections behind every trip
  • 24/7 dispatch, because flights land late and meetings overrun

Corporate travel questions

Do you invoice the company instead of the traveller?

Yes. A corporate account is billed to the business, so employees are not paying personally and then claiming expenses.

Can we set approval rules and spending limits?

Yes. Permitted vehicle classes and limits are agreed when the account is set up, and bookings are then checked against them.

Can one booking cover several travellers?

Group movements can be arranged, subject to vehicle availability and the full itinerary. Share the passenger count, luggage, pickup times and destinations and we confirm what is possible before you commit.

What happens when a flight is delayed?

Share the flight details when you book so the pickup can be tracked to the actual arrival. For anything changing on the day, dispatch is reachable 24/7.

Are the chauffeurs and vehicles vetted?

Every chauffeur is screened before their first trip, and approved vehicles carry current registration, a valid inspection and at least $2 million in commercial insurance ($5 million in Quebec).

Can travellers book for someone else?

Yes. Keep the coordinator's details on the reservation and add the traveller's working mobile number to the pickup details so the chauffeur can reach the right person.
