Passenger and luggage count decide the class. Up to 24 passengers per vehicle, subject to availability.
03. Agree the timings
Pickup windows, buffer time and the meeting points are written down before the event, not improvised on the day.
04. Run the day
Chauffeurs work to the same plan, and 24/7 dispatch handles anything the programme throws at it.
05. Close it out
Trip records, so the organiser can reconcile the event afterwards.

Event transportation questions
How many passengers can one vehicle take?
Up to 24 passengers per vehicle depending on the class, and capacity is always checked against luggage as well as seats. Larger groups are handled with several coordinated vehicles.
Can you run shuttles all day?
Yes. Repeated hotel-to-venue runs are arranged on a timetable, and LUX24 plans for the same vehicles and chauffeurs to stay with the event; the assignment is confirmed with the event plan before the day.
What if the programme runs late?
For anything slipping on the day, dispatch is reachable 24/7 and hourly assignments keep the vehicle with you instead of releasing it.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the itinerary is confirmed, the more choice there is on vehicle classes. For multi-vehicle events, talk to us as soon as the date is fixed.
Can you meet guests at the airport?
Yes. Share the flight details so each arrival can be tracked to its actual landing time, and give us the meeting instructions for the terminal.
Do guests need their own accounts?
No. The organiser can hold the reservation and add each traveller's working mobile number so the chauffeur reaches the right person.
