One Chauffeur. One Vehicle. As Long as You Need.

Keep the same professional chauffeur and vehicle with you for the time you need. Your chauffeur waits between stops, so when you’re ready to leave, your ride is ready too.

Built Around Your Schedule

Use it for back-to-back meetings, events, shopping, airport connections, or any day where several destinations sit in one schedule.

When Hourly Chauffeur Service Makes Sense

Hourly service fits days with more than one destination — meetings, events, shopping, or a mix of all three.

Business Meetings & Roadshows

Move between offices, client meetings, hotels and events with the same chauffeur ready between stops.

Private Events & Evenings

Keep your chauffeur available between dinners, concerts, weddings, galas and other events, including the ride home at the end of the evening.

Shopping & City Visits

Make several stops while your chauffeur waits with the vehicle, so purchases and luggage can stay with you between locations.

Airport Connections & Multiple Stops

Combine an airport pickup or drop-off with meetings, hotel stops or other destinations when the airport is only one part of your day.

Family & Group Travel

Keep passengers, luggage and multiple stops together with one vehicle when several separate rides would make the day more complicated.

How Hourly Pricing Works

Hourly bookings have a two-hour minimum and include 40 kilometres per booked hour across Canada. Starting rates begin from CAD $110 per hour for an Executive Sedan, depending on the class you choose. Rates are for the vehicle, not per passenger, and your exact fare is shown before you confirm and pay.

You can make multiple stops during your reserved time, as long as you stay within the included kilometres. There is no extra fee per stop, and waiting between stops is part of your reserved time.

If you need more time, it is billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate. Additional kilometres are charged at the rate shown in your booking.

The fare shown before you pay includes applicable taxes. Tolls such as Highway 407 and required parking are added at actual cost. Chauffeur gratuity is optional.

Your reserved hourly block covers the chauffeur and vehicle for the booked hours, including waiting between stops and multiple stops within the included kilometres. Extra kilometres beyond the included allowance, time beyond the reserved block, tolls and required parking are added when they apply and should be reviewed before you accept them. No hidden fees are added after booking for normal use within the confirmed plan.

Before you confirm and pay, you'll see your booking price and a breakdown of the charges.

Hourly Chauffeur Service FAQs

Booking and schedule

What is hourly chauffeur service?

This service lets you reserve a professional chauffeur and vehicle for a set block of time instead of booking one direct trip from pickup to destination. It is useful when your plans include multiple stops, waiting time or a flexible schedule.

How does hourly chauffeur service work?

You choose the pickup location, start time, vehicle class and number of hours. The chauffeur stays with the booking during the reserved time and follows the agreed itinerary, including stops and waiting periods within the booked service area.

Is there a minimum booking time?

Hourly bookings have a two-hour minimum and include 80 kilometres for that minimum block (40 kilometres per booked hour). You can reserve from 2 up to 24 hours in the booking form. Review the time block, included kilometres and fare before you confirm.

Can I make multiple stops?

Yes. Hourly service is designed for multiple stops, such as meetings, shopping, events, dinners or city visits. Add the main stops when booking so the route and timing can be planned correctly.

Does the chauffeur wait between stops?

Yes. Waiting between stops is part of the hourly booking time. The chauffeur remains assigned to the booking during the reserved period unless the trip is ended or changed through support.

Can I change the itinerary during the booking?

Small changes may be possible during the reserved time, depending on location, timing, vehicle availability and service limits. For major changes, contact LUX24 Support so the trip can be reviewed before continuing.

Can I extend my hourly booking?

Extension may be possible if the chauffeur and vehicle remain available. Any added time or route change must be reviewed and accepted before the booking continues beyond the original time.

Pricing and service choice

How is hourly pricing calculated?

Hourly pricing is based on the vehicle class, city, reserved time, route needs and any selected options. The fare is shown before booking, so you can review the total before payment.

Are there hidden fees?

No hidden fees are added after booking for normal use within the confirmed plan. The reserved hourly block covers the chauffeur, vehicle, waiting between stops and multiple stops within the included kilometres. Tolls, required parking, extra time and extra kilometres are added when they apply and should be reviewed before they are accepted.

Do I pay while the chauffeur is waiting?

Yes. In an hourly booking, waiting time is part of the reserved time block because the chauffeur and vehicle remain assigned to your booking.

Is hourly service better than point-to-point?

Choose hourly service when you need multiple stops, waiting time or schedule flexibility. Choose point-to-point when you only need one direct pickup and drop-off.

What happens if I cancel an hourly booking?

Cancellation follows the same three tiers as every other LUX24 trip: free at 120 minutes or more before pickup; a 25% charge of the confirmed fare between 120 and 60 minutes; and a 50% charge under 60 minutes, which is the maximum cancellation charge. The terms shown at booking and on your confirmation apply.

Use cases and vehicles

What is hourly chauffeur service best for?

It is best for business meetings, private events, weddings, dinners, shopping trips, city tours, client visits and days where one direct point-to-point ride is not enough.

Can I book hourly service for business meetings?

Yes. Hourly service works well for executives, client visits, roadshows and meeting days with several stops. It keeps one chauffeur and vehicle assigned while the schedule moves between locations.

Can I use hourly service for airport pickup?

Yes, but airport transfer may be better for a simple airport pickup or drop-off. Choose hourly service when the airport is part of a longer plan with meetings, hotel stops, events or flexible waiting time.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Choose a sedan for one or two passengers, an SUV when you need more space, and a Sprinter or van for groups, luggage or event travel. Add passengers and luggage before booking so the right class can be selected.

Can I book same-day hourly service?

Same-day hourly requests may be submitted through LUX24, but acceptance depends on chauffeur and vehicle availability in the pickup area. For fixed meetings, events or airport timing, booking in advance is recommended.
