Tips are optional and can be added in the app. If the route uses Highway 407 or another toll road, the applicable toll is added separately and shown in the trip summary.
What is the cancellation policy?
A scheduled booking can be cancelled without charge at least two hours before pickup. A cancellation within the final two hours is charged at 30% of the confirmed fare. An on-demand booking can be cancelled without charge before the chauffeur reaches the pickup point. If the chauffeur has arrived and the passenger cancels, a 2% cancellation charge applies. Which vehicle class should I choose?
Choose a class for the passenger count, luggage and level of comfort you need. A sedan works for smaller parties, an SUV gives more cabin and luggage space, and a van or Sprinter is better for groups. When travelling with children, select an available child-seat option during booking and include the additional seating required.
