Registration, safety inspection and at least $2 million in commercial insurance are required, and vehicles may be no more than three model years old. Accessibility requests — a folding wheelchair, a walker or a specific power source — are arranged in advance when you book. A service animal travels with you and is not treated as a pet or charged as one, and cross-border trips such as Buffalo can be quoted on request.

Can I book same-day or after hours?
Yes. Requests are accepted around the clock, including 4 a.m. pickups. Same-day acceptance depends on chauffeur and vehicle availability in your pickup area, so add the pickup time and check the fare before confirming.

Yes. Reserve by the hour for a city tour, a Niagara winery day, shopping or a full day of stops. The same chauffeur and vehicle stay with you, so there is no waiting for another car between places; hourly bookings start at a two-hour minimum and include 40 kilometres per booked hour.

A taxi is metered and hailed, and a rideshare is requested on demand with whatever car is nearest.
